Frank Conniff (TV's Frank on Mystery Science Theater 3000) hosts a variety/stand-up show in the guise of a fake kid's show. Frank hosts the show in character as Moodsy, the Clinically Depressed Owl, and shows a bunch of weird and crappy old cartoons between stand-up, music and sketches.
